My sweet little Lucy Goose had surgery on her ear yesterday. Poor girl. But you should see how cute it is when she tries to figure out how to scratch at her stitches with that cone on.
Yeah, fortunately she’s little enough that doorways aren’t a problem. Her biggest issue is trying to sleep. She has to wear that thing overnight, and it’s really hard for her to rest her head. And this is a dog who REALLY likes to sleep. (Like pretty much every dog, I guess. :) )
Poor baby. Has she figured out how to go through doorways yet?

Yes! My kids wouldn’t even believe me that it was supposed to be cone-shaped. But she can eat with it on, so that’s good. :)
